Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or items not matching the order. Items should be unused and in original packaging.

Start a return from your account order page or the Track my order page using your order number and email, or call us directly at 82186 34252.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement.

Defective or incorrect items are always refunded or replaced in full, including return shipping.
